The 'Escape From
Colditz' Webshrine

Just a few hints for playing the game...

- All items can only be used ONCE, so think carefully about where and when you use them.

- Before the bell rings for excercise, have your men pick up all the items within their quarters. This saves wasting valuable "courtyard" time.

- Nazi guards NEVER go in the chapel area. (Or in the restricted areas above it) This means that the chapel is a good place to keep your men, or to transfer items from one man to another.

- Don't run from guards for too long. Even if you are wearing a guards uniform, the guards will still shoot you if you purposely avoid them when they come up to you to ask for a pass.

- Use as few tunnels as possible to escape. While the tunnels can be an essential part of the escape plan, they make your men severly fatigued.

The chapel is a safe place for your men to meet.

- In addition, don't run everywhere. This will also fatigue you faster.

- There are certain rooms which guards will not go in, even if your in a restricted area and they see you duck in. Try to time coming in and out of these rooms with the guards patrols.
